🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage all phases of retail architecture projects from start to finish
• Lead internal and external teams to deliver contract documents
• Serve as key client contact and coordinate consultants
• Handle financial success, budgets, and workplans for projects

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of architecture experience
• Experience managing retail roll out or food & beverage projects
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
• Thorough knowledge of building codes
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
