Description

You will partner with the Senior Technical Services Manager and Operations team to deliver reliable, high-performance data centre operations. This role involves managing preventive and reactive maintenance, collaborating with development teams on construction and installations, and acting as the primary operational contact for customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in data centres, facilities, or engineering operations
• Ability to develop and review technical documentation (e.g. MOPs, RCA reports)
• Experience managing vendors and coordinating service delivery

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined site area or customer portfolio, overseeing operations and escalating priorities
• Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance, ensuring change and incident processes are followed
• Collaborate with Development teams on construction and installations
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Act as primary operational contact for customers, including incident management and escalation
