Description
You will own a portfolio of mid-market customers, guiding them through rollout, training, adoption, and renewal. You'll act as a trusted advisor to talent leaders, leverage data and automation for efficiency, and shape how BrightHire serves its customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience managing customer onboarding, adoption, and renewal with commercial ownership
- Strong communication skills: email, decks, live meetings, executive readouts
- Data fluency: use usage data and dashboards to inform actions
- Technically curious and quick to learn product details
Responsibilities
- Own post-sale engagement from implementation handoff through renewal for a portfolio of mid-market customers
- Drive rollout, training, adoption, and ongoing value realization
- Manage renewals end-to-end, positioning ROI for retention and expansion
- Deliver consistent customer journey using scaled programs and targeted 1:1 engagement
- Partner with Sales, Implementation, Support, and Product to ensure seamless customer experience
