You'll drive technical closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating Observe's value to prospective customers. You will conduct deep discovery sessions and manage Proof of Concepts. This role blends deep technical knowledge with a customer-focused approach.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospects
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Design and manage Proof of Concepts
- Partner with Account Executives on sales strategies
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect
- Deep understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logging, tracing)
- Experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices)
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience selling to Developer or DevOps personas
- Prior experience in high-growth Observability or APM company
