Description

You will lead the product strategy for Skyscanner's loyalty program, working with cross-functional teams to deliver rewards, personalized experiences, and retention initiatives that drive direct relationships and customer lifetime value.

Requirements

  • Experience designing, building, or scaling loyalty programs or retention-led experiences
  • Ability to align diverse stakeholders around complex, cross-cutting initiatives
  • Hands-on experimentation, metrics, and guardrails experience
  • Confidence working with platform and cross-functional systems
  • Strong focus on long-term value and repeat behavior

Responsibilities

  • Partner across marketing, design, data, engineering, and legal to execute loyalty initiatives
  • Translate loyalty vision into concrete capabilities across web, app, and lifecycle touchpoints
  • Own and execute a phased product roadmap with MVPs and iterative releases
  • Identify opportunities to drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery across flights, hotels, cars, and platform systems
