• Oversee Guidewire PolicyCenter and related teams.
• Deliver capabilities for Policy Modernization.
• Lead production support for application modernization operations.
• Drive improvements in pricing execution reliability and data quality.

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of IT management experience.
• 4 years of experience in people leadership.
• Strong technical background in web-based application architecture.
• Experience in all stages of software development life cycle.

• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Vendor contract management experience.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
