You'll design and manage multi-channel conversational campaigns across web chat, email, and SMS to turn high-intent accounts into qualified pipeline for a media intelligence company. You'll own the 1:1 channel strategy that sits at the intersection of marketing and sales development. This role is for someone hungry to build the future of this discipline with AI—using tools like Claude and AI agents in daily workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and manage multi-channel conversational campaigns (web chat, email, SMS, phone)
  • Own the web chat channel end-to-end: build automated flows and manage live chat for high-value visitors
  • Send targeted 1:1 emails and outreach on behalf of sellers from Gong Engage
  • Partner with marketing ops to turn best-performing campaigns into scalable automations

📋 Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B demand gen, marketing campaigns, BDR/SDR, or conversational marketing
  • Fluent in HubSpot and Salesforce, comfortable in Gong Engage, 6sense, Drift/Qualified
  • Hands-on experience designing campaigns with automation logic: triggers, branching, enrollment criteria
  • AI-native: use Claude, Cowork, or comparable AI tools daily across workflows

  • Understanding of ABM principles and ability to execute account-based plays
  • Experience interpreting marketing and sales data to steer outreach strategy
  • Ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles, technical products, and large organizations
