Description

As an Operations Analyst in R&D, you will optimize team efficiency by tracking performance metrics, analyzing workflows, and managing key operational processes. You'll support leadership with data-driven insights to drive innovation in data security and AI management.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Operations Analyst or Program Management at a software/technology company
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or technical field
• Proven data analysis skills with SQL, Excel/Sheets, and Looker
• Strong process improvement expertise
• Ability to liaise across R&D, IT, and Finance

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards to track R&D metrics (release velocity, bug resolution, resource utilization)
• Analyze R&D workflows to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements
• Assist in planning and optimizing R&D budget and resource allocation
• Serve as SME and administrator for R&D tools (Jira, GitHub, Aha!)
• Prepare board materials and presentations summarizing R&D performance and KPIs
