You'll partner with the Director of Merchandising to plan seasonal assortments and analyze market trends for a contemporary apparel brand. You'll drive sales and profitability through data-driven pricing and inventory strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create seasonal assortment plans and maintain style line plans in PLM
• Monitor sales, analyze style performance and market trends
• Develop pricing, inventory, and markdown strategies
• Coordinate sample management and photoshoot asset creation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design, business, or marketing
• Apparel merchandising/buying background required
• Understanding of Outerknown brand and e-commerce level translation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Planning experience
• Skills in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
