You'll serve as the technical authority on AI, Security Operations Data, and security tooling, defining engineering standards for reliable and secure AI at enterprise scale. Collaborating closely, you'll coach a team of engineers towards engineering excellence and secure software practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define reference architecture and technical standards for AI enablement.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality and secure practices.
• Engineer guardrails for AI-assisted workflows.
• Ensure ingestion and transformation processes are reliable and performant.
• Coach engineers and provide technical oversight on design decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in new product or technology development.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering or computer science.
• Proven ability to lead technical strategy and influence stakeholders.
• Strong experience in CI/CD practices and operating production systems.

• MBA/MIS/MS desired.
• Experience with security data and analytics engineering.
