You'll drive end-to-end design for complex flows involving multiple personas, balancing user needs with business goals. You'll collaborate with a centralized team of AI-first designers and cross-functional partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive and execute product design strategy for your team.
• Design end-to-end flows for multiple personas including IT Admin and End-user.
• Present work and concepts to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Advocate for thoughtful use of AI in the design process.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Proficient in Figma, Miro, Balsamiq or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience.
• Portfolio showing work on complex technical projects.
