Your work will ensure the platform remains reliable and scalable as usage grows, enabling faster patient referral processing and improved coordinated care across teams. You'll shape technical direction, manage execution, and support team growth while partnering with product and operational leaders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing complex Salesforce implementations in high-growth environments
• 2+ years of people management experience leading technical teams
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and platform capabilities
• Experience overseeing Apex-based solutions in production
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce engineering team, focusing on delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Ensure stability and performance of Salesforce platform as usage and complexity grow
