You'll join the Accounts Payable team to handle invoice processing, vendor management, and account reconciliations in a fast-paced home improvement company. You'll ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments while maintaining compliance with company policies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process purchase order invoices accurately and timely
• Handle non-PO invoice processing with proper coding
• Execute payment processing and maintain compliance
• Manage vendor relationships including onboarding and issue resolution

📋 Requirements

• Experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Strong understanding of 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice)
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
• Excellent organizational skills to meet tight deadlines

• Experience in a shared services environment
• Inventory-related AP transaction experience
• Knowledge of expense reimbursement tools
