You'll define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Hadron platform, a cutting-edge institutional-grade tokenization platform in the digital asset ecosystem. You will make go/no-go decisions across competing priorities, ensuring alignment with institutional market needs, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements. This role provides high ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced, global environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product vision and roadmap aligning with institutional needs and compliance.
• Prioritize and manage product initiatives, making go/no-go decisions on features and releases.
• Translate complex institutional requirements into product specifications and development tasks.
• Act as primary liaison between product, engineering, and external partners for smooth execution.
• Oversee product performance, bug tracking, and continuous platform improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in digital assets or financial infrastructure.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering a tokenization or real-world asset (RWA) product.
• Strong understanding of financial market infrastructure including custody, clearing, and settlement.
• Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems and token standards with compliance implications.
• Ability to interpret regulatory frameworks such as MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA.
