Description

You'll own social and influencer strategy, content creation, and community engagement across channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. You'll grow brand awareness, drive MQLs, and manage influencer partnerships and giveaways.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a social media manager, including budget oversight and channel growth
• 2+ years experience managing influencers and online partnerships
• Proven experience creating and executing social campaigns independently
• Creativity, attention to detail, and comfort being on camera for the brand
• Experience or significant interest in roofing, technology, or construction

Responsibilities

• Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube), including strategy, video filming/editing, and static posts
• Identify sponsorship and influencer opportunities, handle outreach, contracts, and management
• Plan and execute social media contests and giveaways
• Own social media calendar (7-10 weekly posts per channel) including video creation, art direction, caption writing
• Convert blogs, webinars, and other content into social posts
