You'll troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on complex circuit card assemblies and subsystems in a production environment for mission-critical defense applications. You'll play a key role in supporting production, improving yield, and driving root-cause and corrective actions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on complex circuit card assemblies and subsystems
• Perform hands-on debugging using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
• Analyze failures, identify root cause, and drive corrective actions
• Support production and test operations by investigating defects and improving yield

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 3–5+ years of experience supporting electronic hardware in production
• Hands-on experience testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies
• Ability to read schematics and PCB layouts for failure analysis

• Experience in failure analysis and yield improvement
• Background in high-reliability industries (aerospace, defense)
• Familiarity with RF or mixed-signal systems
