💼 About This Role

You'll be the operational utility player keeping the machine running across People operations, executive support, and AI-native workflow building. Your core impact is ensuring no ball gets dropped and the company runs tighter each quarter. You'll build Claude automations to turn repetitive work into reliable workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding execution
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and audit-ready compliance records
• Execute operational projects like vendor onboarding and offsite logistics
• Provide calendar management and chief-of-staff support for senior leaders

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in business operations, people operations, or executive support
• AI tool fluency — daily use of Claude or similar for workflow automation
• Experience maintaining HRIS data and managing employee lifecycle processes
• Ability to work US Eastern hours from the Philippines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ashby or similar ATS
• Background in startup or high-growth environments
• Knowledge of US employment compliance (I-9, state addenda)
