💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate planning and delivery of the International Broadcast Center and Main Press Center for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Your work will ensure seamless integration of broadcast infrastructure across venues, directly impacting global media coverage of the Games.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver venue planning for IBC and MPC facilities
• Serve as liaison with third-party designers for functional layouts
• Coordinate cross-functional integration with Transportation, Accreditation, etc.
• Support operational readiness including table-top exercises and test events

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in large-scale event planning or venue operations
• Experience with construction or venue fit-out processes
• Proven success working with diverse stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with multiple priorities

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Olympic or major sporting event planning
• Knowledge of broadcast or press operations
• Experience with accessibility and inclusive communication strategies
