💼 About This Role

You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting at our learning center. You'll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs and accurately record progress in our data collection system. This role offers paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to increase communication and play skills.
• Relay progress information to BCBAs and assist with assessments.
• Accurately record behavior analysis and progress in Central Reach system.

📋 Requirements

• Consistent availability Monday through Friday.
• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, and run.
• Must pass a background check.

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification preferred.
• Background in child care (teaching, counseling, babysitting).
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
