You will execute a strategic sales plan targeting new customer acquisition and revenue growth in the Mid-Atlantic region. You'll lead complex sales cycles, develop territory plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive deals from prospecting to close. Your focus is on winning new logos and expanding existing accounts by positioning Neo4j's graph intelligence platform.

Requirements

  • 7+ years enterprise software sales with track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience complex sales in Data Warehousing, BI, Data Science, AI/ML
  • Proven ability to independently develop and close new client relationships
  • Deep understanding of commercial open-source and hybrid cloud/SaaS models
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic territory plan targeting key organizations
  • Become expert in product offerings and deliver compelling demos and proposals
  • Lead complex sales cycles using solution-based approach and land-expand model
  • Manage full sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Mentor BDRs and align marketing resources on target accounts
