You'll own multi-client payroll cycles, tax compliance, and year-end forms, leading a team to ensure accuracy and audit-readiness. You'll partner with clients to design repeatable processes that reduce risk. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Process payroll cycles end-to-end for multiple clients
• Ensure federal, state, and local tax compliance
• Lead and develop the payroll team
• Optimize SOPs and implement payroll system improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related
• 3–5 years of payroll experience including multi-state and multi-client
• Supervisory experience leading a payroll team
• Comfort with payroll platforms (Gusto, ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks Payroll, Rippling)

✨ Nice to Have

• CPP or FPC certification
• Experience leading payroll for CPA-firm or accounting-services clients
• Payroll system implementation experience
