💼 About This Role

You'll manage high-volume orders and operations for government partner accounts in the Starlink Account Management team. You'll ensure timely account activation and billing accuracy while partnering with Sales, Finance, and Logistics. This role offers entry into SpaceX's fast-paced aerospace environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary operational contact for assigned government accounts
• Review and validate purchase orders and compliance documents
• Create and configure customer accounts and billing structures
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Support to process orders

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of professional experience in operations or support
• Experience with government contracts, pricing, and billing rules
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar tools
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident per ITAR
