• Edit high-quality, UGC-style video ads for various platforms.
• Contribute to pre-packaging with title and thumbnail concepts.
• Record a-roll, b-roll, and UGC content as needed.
• Leverage AI to create concepts and new hooks or b-roll.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of video editing experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere.
• Deep understanding of short-form content hooks, storytelling, and pacing.
• Proven success as editor for growing short-form accounts.

• Experience with AI tools like ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, Claude.
• Analytical skills with understanding of paid advertising KPIs.
