🎯 What You'll Do

• Own forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis across core product and business lines.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models to support product strategy and investment planning.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to evaluate growth drivers and revenue performance.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment analysis in high-growth environments.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills connecting financial data to business outcomes.
• Experience with ambiguous data environments and ability to independently structure analysis.
• Strong understanding of digital or subscription-based business key performance drivers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, digital assets, or Web3 environments.
• Familiarity with Pigment, Google Workspace, or similar financial planning systems.
• Exposure to capital allocation, M&A, or investment decision-making processes.
