Description

You will work directly with leading AI companies in China, running technical workshops, shaping data-driven solutions during the deal process, and leading post-deal implementation to ensure successful value realization. Your work connects data, models, revenue, and strategic relationships in a high-impact environment.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience with statistical and machine learning tools (Python, R, etc.)
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Experience with machine learning, NLP, LLM, or similar algorithms
• Familiarity with SQL, Big Data tools (PySpark), and cloud infrastructure (AWS)

Responsibilities

• Work directly with leading AI companies in China, both on site and remotely
• Run technical workshops with customer AI and data teams to understand model challenges and data gaps
• Translate customer pains into data-driven solutions and shape use cases with measurable impact
• Support the deal process from a data and model perspective, ensuring technical alignment
• Lead post-deal implementation, guiding customers through integration, validation, and benchmarking
