You will set the overarching service strategy for Scout Motors, leading teams and processes across technical, commercial, and operational dimensions to deliver exceptional vehicle service and drive business growth while ensuring alignment with enterprise teams.

Requirements

Experience in aftersales leadership within automotive OEM
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Strategic planning and resource management expertise
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Knowledge of service operations, parts business, and warranty management

Responsibilities

Set the overarching service strategy for Scout Motors
Lead OEM-level central program management for aftersales capabilities
Build and lead high-performing teams to support the service strategy
Develop and execute vision, strategy, and roadmap for service operations, parts business, logistics, warranty, and technical service
Ensure alignment and integrated planning with Sales, Quality, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Digital Products teams
