💼 About This Role

You'll own the developer-productivity substrate for Ambience, building dev environments, CI, and internal tooling that empower both engineers and AI agents. Your work will directly accelerate how clinicians deliver better care through fast, reliable software shipping. This role offers the rare chance to shape agent-assisted development infrastructure from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own developer environments including devboxes, Docker, and secrets management.
• Make build, test, and CI feedback loops faster and more reliable.
• Build verification infrastructure for frontend flows, migrations, and API contracts.
• Create internal tooling like CLIs, scaffolds, and release utilities.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering with Staff-level impact across teams.
• Deep experience building developer productivity or platform systems.
• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript, Rust, Go, or Python.
• Daily user of Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex on production codebases.
