💼 About This Role

You'll engage with prospects and source new opportunities for a frontier AI startup that automates research with agents. You'll work closely with the go-to-market team to accelerate the sales cycle and help build one of the fastest-growing AI companies. This role offers the chance to iterate on growth strategy and provide input back to the product team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research, prospect, and engage high-level prospects.
• Navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors.
• Discover customer business objectives via cold outreach.
• Iterate and think through growth strategy for GTM motion.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years in a growth role with track record of success
• Willingness to travel onsite to prospects/customers
• Ability to learn product and customer AI tools quickly
• Self-starter with hunger to execute tasks independently

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI-native products and usage-based pricing
• Competitive background (athletics, debate, etc.)
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environment
