You'll lead a team of Technical Implementation Managers focused on customer onboarding and activation for an industry-changing Resident Experience Platform. Your core impact will be driving scalable implementation operations while maintaining exceptional customer experience, ensuring teams confidently guide customers from discovery through long-term success. This role stands out for its emphasis on coaching high-performing teams and refining implementation processes in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Implementation Managers through coaching and feedback.
• Ensure smooth customer transitions from discovery through activation and handoff.
• Set and track KPIs like activation rates, onboarding timelines, CSAT, and TTV.
• Standardize implementation workflows, onboarding playbooks, and operational processes.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing delivery teams in SaaS.
• Track record of guiding customers from discovery through activation balancing experience and execution.
• Experience building scalable onboarding workflows and coaching high-performing teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with property management platforms like AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or Propertyware.
• Experience with onboarding automation platforms, CRM systems, or AI-enabled workflows.
• CAPM or PMP certification.
