Description

You will work under a licensed engineer on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection designs for new construction and renovation projects in educational, healthcare, corporate, and science sectors. You'll use Revit and modeling software for load calculations and construction drawings, and assist with specifications, submittals, and site visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (ABET accredited preferred)
• Minimum 2 years related experience
• EIT/FE in the US preferred
• LEED accreditation preferred
• Proficiency in Revit, Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC piping and equipment selection under supervision
• Assist with plumbing and fire protection designs
• Prepare building load calculations using modeling software
• Create Revit/BIM models of HVAC systems from schematic to construction documents
• Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance
