💼 About This Role

You'll define the creative standard for AI-generated YouTube videos at VidRush, an AI-native platform that produces fully produced long-form videos in under an hour. You'll review AI-generated videos, identify quality gaps, and coach the development team on improving pacing, narrative, and visual cohesion. This role directly shapes a category-defining product in creator tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review generated videos and diagnose quality issues in pacing, story beats, and visual cohesion.
• Define minimum viable quality standards and create a style bible for AI outputs.
• Translate editorial feedback into actionable direction for engineers.
• Direct evolution of motion graphics library and overall visual style consistency.

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience editing or directing YouTube content with real retention instincts.
• Sharp eye for pacing, rhythm, narrative beats, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to explain why something feels wrong and how to fix it.
• Ability to coach others — mentor editors or non-editors effectively.
