You'll own visual storytelling at Brandlight, creating high-impact assets for web, social, and sales. You'll turn brand strategy into compelling visuals and deploy landing pages in Webflow. As our first Marketing Designer, you'll define the creative direction in an AI-first startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end marketing design across web, social, sales, and events
• Turn product features into clear, compelling visuals
• Build and ship landing pages in Webflow
• Create decks and sales collateral for enterprise conversations
• Use AI workflows to accelerate design production

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a marketing or brand designer in tech
• Webflow proficiency to deploy landing pages from A-Z
• Strong visual storytelling and design reasoning
• AI-native: use GenAI tools to speed up workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Motion design skills
• Fluent in Hebrew
• Experience at a startup or high-output team
