Description
Oversee the installation and execution of custom outdoor living projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations. You will coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams, supervise subcontractors, and conduct site visits to monitor progress.
Requirements
- 3+ years project management experience, preferably in outdoor living, construction, or home improvement
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software like Arcsite or ServiceTitan
- Knowledge of outdoor living installations, materials, and construction methods a plus
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage full lifecycle of outdoor living projects including scheduling and resource allocation
- Act as primary client contact, providing updates and addressing concerns
- Coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams for seamless execution
- Supervise subcontractors and crews to maintain adherence to project plans and standards
