🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee all coffee team activities at the West Sacramento facility
• Define and lead strategies for growth in U.S. and global markets
• Partner with SH&E and Food Safety teams for compliance
• Build cross-functional redundancies within the production team

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years leading people in a complex production environment
• Confidence with coffee production systems and equipment
• Broad knowledge of production quality assurance
• Comfort using Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and NetSuite

• Experience with Lucidchart
• Deep love for coffee and customer experiences
