💼 About This Role

You'll manage localization of product strings, technical documentation, and marketing materials for Japanese customers. Your work directly enables Japanese-speaking users to fully leverage Anaplan's platform. This role offers the chance to partner with a Senior Localization Program Manager based in Tokyo.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage localization of materials for Customer Success, Finance, and other teams
• Liaise with external vendor Lionbridge for localization tasks
• Localize materials directly for small to medium tasks
• Manage localization for special events like Anaplan Connect Tokyo

📋 Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese and English
• Deep understanding of cultural nuances in both languages
• Ability to translate marketing and technical content accurately
• Strong project management background with proven delivery record

• Experience with translation management systems like Phrase or Trados
• Familiarity with localization of software product strings
