You'll drive product strategy through data-driven insights and partner with product, engineering, and research teams to shape ROI frameworks and model evaluation. This role is crucial for democratizing data and speeding up decision-making in a high-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage a world-class data science team
• Drive product strategy through data-driven insights
• Partner with product, strategy, and research teams on ROI frameworks
• Collaborate with research team on model evaluation and quality metrics

📋 Requirements

• MS or PhD in quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, CS, physics, or related)
• 12+ years in data science or analytics in product-facing roles
• Depth of experience using Python, R, SQL for large-scale analytics
• Experience building data capabilities from earliest stages through rapid growth

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of healthcare settings, electronic health records (EHR), and healthcare billing
• Experience diving into / shaping Analytics Engineering
