• Analyze target company data for quality of earnings and working capital
• Manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously
• Coordinate with clients, engagement teams, and third-party providers

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in assurance or transaction advisory at a Big Four firm
• Professional services background
• CPA preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
