You'll drive end-to-end Hardware Operations readiness programs for AI infrastructure systems at OpenAI. Your work ensures scalable deployment and operational processes are in place before production handoff. This role combines deep technical understanding with cross-functional program execution across hardware engineering, manufacturing, and data center operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end Hardware Operations readiness programs for AI infrastructure systems.
• Develop scalable hardware operations processes for deployment, repair, and diagnostics.
• Lead cross-functional execution and ensure operational capabilities before handoff.
• Create operational scorecards and metric algorithms to measure hardware health.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in technical program management or hardware operations.
• Experience supporting hardware systems at scale (servers, racks, networking).
• Strong understanding of hardware development and deployment lifecycle (NPI to ops).
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional schedules and risks.

• Experience with GPU or accelerator infrastructure programs.
• Background in data center deployment or manufacturing program management.
