🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute deep-dive searches to surface passive specialists in niche technical domains.
• Identify and engage elite talent with high-signal outreach.
• Deliver high-quality pipelines for immediate critical engineering needs.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine candidate personas and talent maps.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical sourcing experience in AI, robotics, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in technical recruiting.
• Proven ability to find niche specialists beyond standard LinkedIn searches.
• Deep proficiency with advanced sourcing tools like GitHub, Gem, and specialized communities.
