You'll lead field sales teams for SumUp's payment solutions across the Netherlands, building merchant relationships and scaling regional presence. You'll drive team performance through coaching and data-informed decisions. This role offers ownership of your territory with uncapped commissions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively sell POS and card readers in the field
• Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of 10-15 field sales reps
• Launch and grow presence across multiple cities and territories
• Set goals, monitor KPIs, and improve sales conversion

📋 Requirements

• Field sales experience with a strong track record
• Experience building and managing freelance sales teams
• Comfortable using CRM and sales tools
• Performance-oriented and driven to achieve targets
