💼 About This Role

You'll turn departmental goals into functional workflows on Oscar's Utilization Management Optimization and Strategy team, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency. You'll manage implementation of new clinical protocols and resolve technical or regulatory challenges. This role reports to the Senior Director.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional project management and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate departmental performance with data, metrics, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate communication and program strategies.
• Independently advance strategic initiatives, navigating obstacles to meet deadlines.
• Manage design and facilitation of organization-wide events like Quarterly Townhalls.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of strategic planning or management consulting in healthcare payer/provider.
• 3+ years of experience delivering projects/programs.
• Experience executing enterprise-wide initiatives with defined project plans.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive program improvements.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Prior Authorization lifecycles and Utilization Management.
• Master's Degree.
• PMP, Program Management, or Lean/Six Sigma Certifications.
