💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end design for complex infrastructure software that creates digital twins of electricity grids. You'll work with product managers and engineers to shape product strategy and improve platform usability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design work from discovery to delivery
• Conduct and synthesise user research including interviews and usability testing
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive workflows and polished UI designs
• Partner with product managers and engineers to shape solutions

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX or product design roles
• Experience in SaaS or complex software environments
• Strong experience across the full design lifecycle
• Experience conducting user research and discovery activities

• Experience designing enterprise SaaS or technically sophisticated B2B products
• Experience contributing to or scaling design systems
• Familiarity with geospatial, engineering, or data-visualisation products
