🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and monitor servers, diagnose and repair hardware issues.
• Rack and stack data center network equipment during build-outs.
• Manage network infrastructure, including gear swaps and fiber troubleshooting.
• Handle data center operations tickets via Jira and maintain documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with server, storage, compute, and network hardware.
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing servers and networking infrastructure.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work day/night shifts in a 24/7 facility.

• Experience being on-call for critical events.
• Experience leading Data Center Infrastructure projects.
