💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with patients to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting. You'll independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care. This role offers a fully remote, full-time W2 position with comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) to patients
• Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment independently

• Empower patients through harm reduction and shared decision-making

📋 Requirements

• Active NP license in state of residence
• 1+ year experience prescribing buprenorphine-based medications in an independent outpatient setting
• Reside in one of the listed states (AK, AZ, CO, etc.)
• Private HIPAA-compliant workspace
