Description

You will define and execute Square's partnership strategy with the Global Reseller Community, focusing on recruiting resellers and driving distribution of Square's products. This role involves leading deal execution from target identification to partnership launch, and collaborating with internal teams across Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Legal.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience signing and growing distribution partnerships with ISOs, ISVs, and VARs resulting in measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of Global Reseller landscape and market dynamics
  • Strong analytical skills to demonstrate ROI for partner initiatives
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Recruit resellers to drive distribution of Square's products
