You'll support university recruiting at a fast-paced aerospace startup. You'll build contact decks, organize career fair logistics, and help coordinate interviews. This role offers hands-on experience in a high-growth space company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support university recruiting by building and maintaining contact decks
• Organize swag and materials for career fair preparation
• Travel to and assist with on-campus recruiting events
• Schedule interviews, take structured notes, and support logistics

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution
• Previous experience with event coordination or operational tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
