• Lead strategic direction, financial performance, and operational execution of the CAAS practice
• Drive growth, profitability, and resource allocation aligned to KPIs
• Develop new service offerings beyond transactional accounting
• Lead business development, client assessments, and proposal development
• Oversee key client relationships and deliver high-level advisory services
