💼 About This Role

You'll partner directly with clients to develop and operationalize GEO measurement strategies across AI-powered search experiences. You'll design experimentation frameworks that distinguish correlation from incrementality, helping clients evolve beyond traditional funnel reporting. This remote-first role offers the chance to shape an emerging discipline at a Certified B-Corp.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and operationalize GEO measurement strategies with clients
• Define hypotheses and establish testing methodologies for GEO Test & Learn
• Distinguish correlation from incrementality via experimental design
• Translate findings into clear narratives for client stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics
• Experience designing Test & Learn programs with incrementality measurement
• Comfort working in BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses
• Advanced analytics implementation expertise including behavioral tracking and experimentation

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and data layer architecture
• Tag Management System experience with Google Tag Manager or Tealium iQ
• Curiosity around emerging AI technologies and GEO measurement
