🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with leadership on staffing, compensation, and development strategies.
• Oversee HR programs including compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Manage international personnel matters in EMEA and Asia.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
• 8+ years HR management experience in a US organization with 50+ employees.
• Prior experience managing European and Asian HR operations.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
