💼 About This Role
You'll build and grow Wintermute's institutional OTC and liquidity provision businesses in the Americas. You'll own strategic relationships with exchanges, custodians, and blockchain projects and execute a structured growth plan. This is a unique chance to shape expansion at a leading algorithmic trading firm with no corporate bureaucracy.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Grow institutional OTC business globally with a regional growth plan.
- Collaborate with teams to launch new derivatives products.
- Deepen relationships with high-profile crypto projects and VCs.
- Execute a structured BD process and improve operational efficiency.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of FICC sales experience with institutional clients.
- Experience with spot and derivatives OTC products, especially options.
- Proven track record delivering business results with measurable quota achievement.
- BSc/MSc in Business, Economics, or Finance.

- Trading knowledge or crypto knowledge.
